Separator

The separator is a separating system for liquids laden with solids. Liquid and solid constituents are separated by purely mechanical means. The dry matter content can be infinitely adjusted thanks to a sealing disc (Multi Disc), which can be shifted in the axial direction. This seals the press channel until the required drying stage is achieved for the thick matter plug. To increase the service life of the wedge wire screen and auger, the separator features a unique, patented profile groove in the auger. Fibres are caught in the groove and function as a brush, preventing metallic rubbing.
The separator is suitable for both fixed mounting and mobile use.
