Separators

Adjust individually - separate flexibly

Our two-phase separators are specially designed for liquids with fibrous components - ideal for applications in industrial, agricultural and biogas technology.

With our separators, energy-efficient, purely mechanical separation of solid and liquid components is infinitely variable. The dry substance content can be infinitely adjusted.

How the rotating force works

The medium enters the vessel-like separator through the inlet opening. A rotating screw conveyor first transports the mixture through a slotted screen, whereby liquid flows out. The medium is further dewatered in the subsequent press channel. The aqueous components are discharged via a liquid outlet. The compacted solids plug presses against a movable closing disk, which opens when sufficient pressure is applied. This causes the dewatered solids to be ejected and loosened.
