Ring piston pumps use the principle of an eccentrically rotating piston in a cylinder. The rotation of the eccentric shaft creates opening and closing chambers between the piston and cylinder.
When the chambers are opened, liquid is drawn in through slots at the front, and when they are closed, the liquid is pressed through them into the pressure line. This process enables efficient fluid transportation and can be reversed by changing the direction of rotation.
